Welcome to Eccles Tooling Systems. Situated in Halesowen in the West Midlands, Eccles Tooling Systems have been providing expert precision tooling to the automotive and aerospace industries for over 75 years.
From our 30,000 sq ft factory and office space in Halesowen in the West Midlands, we provide a full end to end, highly skilled, in-house service from CAD concept and design drawings, through to 3 & 5 axis machining, hand work, painting, assembly and CMM quality checking both on and off site.

Eccles tooling holds a 9001:2015 certification in the manufacture of tooling and production aids including models, jigs and fixtures for the automotive and aerospace industries.
History
Eccles Tooling has gone from strength to strength since its humble beginnings in founder Harold Eccles garden shed in 1945. Moving on to a workshop in Oldbury, then in to a larger, purpose built factory in the same district in 1973, before settling in our current home in Halesowen in 1989.

CAD
Our computer aided design department is fully equipped with the latest software and equipment. With 6 seats of Autodesk PowerShape and Catia V5 located on site enabling our fully trained team to complete tasks such as digital modelling, reverse engineering of digitised data and data transmission to and from the customer.
CNC Machining
All machining strategies and cutting programs are self generated by our highly skilled CNC operators using the latest Autodesk Powermill software and the operator’s extensive knowledge that has been gained from many years of varied experience.
Quality
Eccles operates a continuous improvement quality policy from our employee’s ongoing training to all aspects of our ISO processes and assessment. The same policy is incorporated in our fully equipped inspection department that provides you with the quality assurance that all our existing customers require and have come to expect from Eccles.
